12.1. Defined terms
* Acquiring Third Parties means third parties:

* with whom We may seek to merge.
* Aggregated Data means statistical, geographic or demographic data.
* Anonymous Data means any information about an individual from which someone has removed any data allowing that person to be identified.
* Business Day means any day except Saturday, Sunday, a public holiday, Good Friday or Christmas Day.
* Business Representative means an individual who is an authorised representative of a Separate Legal Entity.
* Children means children under 13 years of age.
* Contact Data means a person's billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
* Contract Performance means processing Your Personal Data where it is necessary for Us to enter into, or perform, a contract with You.
* External Third Parties means:
* service providers who act as processors, Including by providing services in connection with the Menu Book BD Services, such as:

* technical, IT and administration services;
* payment processing services; and
* marketing services;
